Fast Folders		Create Airdocs EFA Fast Folder shortcut files, which link to file shares with the benefit of Airdocs acceleration and functionality. Fast Folder files can be created by right-clicking on any file share folder, and can be stored on the Desktop, copied and shared by email.
Better Attachments with Quick Links		Sending an email with a large attachment can take time over a remote working connection. But sending an Airdocs Quick Link to a file on your share adds no extra time at all. Simply right-click on the file and choose "Email Quick Link..." The recipient will be able to download the file by opening the attached Quick Link at a time of their choosing, and Airdocs transfers file data up to 1:1000 times faster than your email system.
Automatic Version Control		Combine the freedom of file shares with the main benefit of version control: Airdocs automatically provides protection against lost updates! When two busy users simultaneously edit a file and then try to copy them to an identical location on a file share, Airdocs EFA warns the second user that they would overwrite the revisions made by the first.
Offline Capability		When you are offline, but still need access to a file, try switching Airdocs EFA into Offline Mode. This will provide you with access to the files and folders that are inside the Airdocs cache. You can also setup Airdocs to preload the cache with selected files and folders when you logoff your LAN, ensuring their availability when offline and helping ARTR further increase performance when you are online.

Easy Setup		Both the Airdocs EFA server and client software packages are remarkably easy to setup and configure. The Airdocs server software can be run out of the box with the default configuration. The Airdocs client software only needs to configured with the address of the Airdocs server. Packaged as an MSI file, the client software can be rolled out across an organization using systems such as Microsoft's IntelliMirror. Read more about mass deployment
Easy Administration		Because Airdocs EFA provides your employees with access to your existing file shares, through existing NT domain and Active Directory accounts, very little administration is needed. Even Airdocs Quick Links, which accelerate and improve the sharing of files by email, work with all major email software without any customization.
Easy Support		If you create a new share for a workgroup, use Airdocs built in sharing features to tell your users about it. Simply create a Fast Folder link to the new file share, and send it to them by email. The users can then directly open the new file share from the email attachment, and save the Fast Folder to their Desktop for use as a permanent shortcut.
User Restrictions		You may decide, for whatever reason, that you wish to limit the number of remote employees that have accelerated access to their file shares, Quick Link functionality and so on. In this case, it is possible to configure the Airdocs EFA server to allow only a restricted set of users to connect.
